A personalized home starts with design choices that reflect your priorities, from architectural style to the way rooms connect. Gary Monteer Design develops custom home plans in Alpine, UT, that coordinate exterior proportions, window placement, room arrangements, and circulation. Our single-family home architecture design balances private spaces with shared areas. Our modern custom home layouts feature open layouts and purposeful connections between indoor spaces. For structural remodels, we plan to document proposed changes to existing buildings. We also provide home addition services to extend living areas or introduce specialized rooms. Our architectural drawings help you review the proposed design and clarify important dimensions.
